Amy Howe is helping to modernize Ticketmaster’s technology and evolve the business model to compete effectively in the rapidly changing live event landscape. Amy joined Live Nation Entertainment in 2014 as Chief Strategy Officer before becoming COO. Prior to joining Live Nation, she spent 14 years with McKinsey & Company. While at McKinsey, Amy served Fortune 500 clients across the media & entertainment, retail, and consumer packaged goods sectors. Howe graduated with a MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS from Cornell University.

Justin Burleigh serves as the Chief Product Officer for Ticketmaster. Justin’s team focuses on building innovative products that help Ticketmaster’s clients fuel their business and service their fans. Justin is a well-known industry expert who has a long history of leading enterprise disruption. He has previously led mobile, emerging technology and security transformation strategies for some of the largest companies in the world. Additionally, he advises several cloud & mobile companies on product and roadmap direction.
Kraft Analytics Group
JoAnn Armstrong is currently the Director of Booking at the Honda Center Arena, in Anaheim, California, home of the Anaheim Ducks, NHL hockey team. She is one of the original employees hired 26 years ago when the building first opened. She started in the Operations department, working her way up to her to the position she holds today. Her first job in the entertainment business was at the Laff Stop Comedy Niteclub, in Santa Ana California. Then she moved to the Pacific Amphitheatre, working for Nederlander concerts, her first concert family. JoAnn held various positions at the Amphitheatre, ending up as the Operations Director.
Today, JoAnn prides herself on being the “go to” person at the Honda Center. She is responsible for booking the arena partnering with local agents and promoters as well as working closely with her home team the Anaheim Ducks. The facility has been fortunate over the years to host many AAA concerts and prestigious events.

Jessica Gelman is the CEO of Kraft Analytics Group (KAGR), a technology and services company focused on data management, advanced analytics and strategic consulting in the sports and entertainment space. She originally joined the Kraft Family in 2002 working for the sports properties (New England Patriot, Gillette Stadium and New England Revolution). Prior to KAGR’s creation in 2016, Gelman led business operations, customer marketing, and strategy for Kraft Sports & Entertainment. Gelman co-founded and continues to co-chair the highly regarded MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference, the first and largest analytically focused sports conference.

Tod Leiweke is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and team president for Seattle Hockey Partners. Leiweke is responsible for building a world-class NHL franchise, in anticipation of Seattle being awarded an expansion team. He will also be responsible for the redevelopment of the Arena at Seattle Center.

Oliver Luck, a former NFL and NCAA executive and quarterback, was named the first Commissioner & CEO of the XFL in July 2018. The XFL will reimagine football for the 21st century when it kicks off the weekend of February 8-9, 2020, committed to delivering a brisk, fast-paced game, with a fan-centric, innovative, and affordable gameday experience. Most recently, Luck was the NCAA’s Executive Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Strategic Partnerships, reporting to NCAA President Mark Emmert.

Jeffrey Pollack oversees the XFL league’s strategic planning and business operations, as well as the management of its eight teams. Pollack joined the XFL from the Los Angeles Chargers, where he was Special Advisor and Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer. Pollack began his career in sports in 1994 when, as the founding President and Publisher, he created and launched The Sports Business Daily.

Paul Rabil is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy office of the Premier Lacrosse League – a new professional lacrosse league launched in October 2018, with 160 of the best players in the world and a major media rights deal with NBC Sports Group. Rabil is also a midfielder for PLL’s Atlas LC.
Paul’s lacrosse career began when his next-door neighbor gave him his backup equipment to tryout for the local rec team. Since then, Paul has gone on to influence the sport at every level, winning championships and MVP’s twice in the NCAA’s, multiple times in professional outdoor and indoor lacrosse, as well as becoming a two-time World Lacrosse Champion with Team USA.
Off the field, Paul’s leveraged his sophistication in media and tech to build a robust multi-channel influencer network.
